Infrastructure

The Institute of Computer Science at the Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH) has solely undertaken the design and implementation of all systems to be used for the database of clinical-genetic correlations for inherited heart diseases for the project. Based on open-source software, these systems comprise the following suite of tools:

• Sudden Death in the Young Registry
• Inherited Cardiovascular Diseases Registry
• Genetic Data Repository
• Ordering and Monitoring System for Genetic Screening
